Savin 3750 nf Scanrouter Pro Inbound Routing Setup
This is a how-to outlining the setup of a SavinFax 3750. This covers only the SavinFax 3750 but may work with other Savin products and Scanrouter Pro
- Settings on the Fax
- User Tools->2.Fax Features->4.Key Op. Tools
- Enter 2222 for the code
- 7.Forwarding
- Select [ON]
- Press OK
- Specify the Destination
- Press either arrow key to display 2. Program Station or just press OK
- Select 1
- Press OK
- Press F10 or whichever user key is assigned to scan to email
- The display should now be prompting you for scanner
Important!!! enter #000
- Press OK
- Press User Tools
- Turn off Printing
- User Tools->2.Fax Features->4.Key Op. Tools
- enter 2222 for the code
- scroll to 11.User Parameters
- 1.Change
- Switch 11
- Push 6 on the panel-should change bit 6 to 0
- Tech Setting for ScanRouter Pro
- Enter Service Modes
- Enter 2 for Fax
- 0 for System Switches
- Switch 2 press 2 on the panel
- Exit from Service Modes and turn machine off and On
- You now have to give it the ip of the Scanrouter Server. The easiest way to do this is through web admin. This also guarantees that your fax is on the network and functioning
- Enter the IP of the Network Fax into your browser
- Select Administrator Mode at the top of the page
- Enter the user name and password
- Select Configuration->Setup->Others
- Enter the Scanrouter Server IP in the Box for Delivery Server
- Settings in Scanrouter
- Open Scanrouter Admin Utility
- Under Server Select Set IO Device
- Select Add and enter the IP of the Fax
- Enter the Destination List to use
- Click OK and OK
Faxes should now be sent to the specified scanrouter inbox with nothing printed at the fax machine. Routing can be set up inside scanrouter based on sub numbers and the CSI numbers
