Copy Features
The 4700WD is a digital wide format copy/printer/scanner that offers 600dpi output when copying, printing or scanning. Digital technology, Auto and Manual Image Density selections and Photo Mode provide superior copy quality. 160 MB of memory enable the 4700WD to simplify document handling by allowing the user to scan an original once and print multiple copies, as well as electronically collate. This reduces the amount of wear and tear on originals and saves handling time. The optional hard disc drive significantly expands the copy volume to meet the most demanding requirements. The 4700WD has the convenient ability to expand from copier, to printer to printer/scanner as required. Auto Paper Select matches the original format to the appropriate copy paper roll, eliminating the need to select manually. Editing features such as R/E, Zoom, Directional Magnification, Image or Format Overlay and Stamping capabilities including Page Numbering, Background Numbering, User/Date Stamp, etc. provide a high degree of versatility.

Scanning, plotting, network printing, Internet printing and printing directly from CAD, Windows, Mac and Unix applications are all part of the 4700WD's powerful capabilities when the optional print controller is installed. The RW-470 PLOTBASE Controller lets multiple users create and produce jobs from their workstations for printing at the central 4700WD system. The RW-470 Scanner option with optional SCANTOOL software scans hardcopy wide format originals into the 4700WD system for editing, printing and storage. Scanning is very fast, shows full screen images and allows for many editing capabilities.

7700W Wide Format Copier

The 7700w is a compact, convenient Wide Format analog copier with a speed of 4 copies per minute, providing superior quality at an affordable price. The 7700w is a single copy machine that can either sheet feed copy paper or use optional one or two roll feed units with Semi-Synchro Cut, a feature that lets users manually select the length of the copy paper to match the length of the original, doing away with the need to measure and enter the length of each individual original. Originals from 8.3" x 11.7" to 36" x 9" are accommodated. The average recommended monthly copy volume is 590 linear feet, or 300 D-size copies. Versatility is ensured by thick original handling which allows feeding of originals up to 3mm without tearing or bending, resulting in fewer misfeeds and increased productivity. Additionally, copies can be made onto plain paper, vellum, translucent film and tracing paper. Copy Quality is enhanced by a 14-setting Image Density control which provides clean, clear copies from even poor-quality originals and adjustable toner fusing settings that are designed for use with the various paper widths accommodated, to provide consistently sharp copies. An environmentally friendly design has low ozone emissions and reduced operating noise that comply with the EPA's Energy Star Program, and is a welcome relief from the ammonia fumes associated with Diazo machines. The easy-to-open clamshell design allows convenient access to all areas of the copier, and makes removal of misfeeds and replenishment of toner easier and faster, and the User Friendly control panel simplifies the copying process.

Print Features
The RW-240 Print Controller upgrades the 2400WD into a printer. Its PC Server based PLOTBASE software manages the print queue while a variety of PLOTCLIENT software handles print job creation, web printing, printing AutoCAD DWG files via its HDI/ADI drivers, and printing Windows application jobs from their workstations for printing to the 2400WD system.
Scan Features
The RW-240 Print Controller Scan Option with SCANTOOL software scans hardcopy wide format originals into the 2400WD system for simple editing, printing and storage. Scanning is fast, shows full screen images and allows for many editing capabilities. Scanning includes scanning to PDF, multiple TIFFS, and a variety of raster file formats. For fast and easy operation, it also includes batch scanning. Scans can be stored anywhere on the network the user defines and can also capture metadata for archiving.
